With musical roots spanning the globe, she melds American and Brazilian jazz to her training in European classical music, creating an utterly personal sound that’s melodically verdant, harmonically sophisticated and rhythmically compelling. Kristoffer Dyssegaard Vejslev

Kristoffer Dyssegaard Vejslev is a Danish guitarist and composer currently based in Copenhagen. In 2019, he graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam (CvA), where he studied with prominent names such as Jesse Van Ruller, Reinier Baas, and Peter Bernstein, while also receiving private lessons from Jakob Bro. His playing style blends the international jazz influences he absorbed at the conservatory with a Nordic sensibility shaped by his Copenhagen upbringing.

As a third-generation composer, Kristoffer is deeply influenced by his father, Jakob Vejslev, and his grandfather, Tony Vejslev, both renowned for their melodies set to Danish poetry. This legacy is reflected in his lyrical approach to composition and guitar playing, as noted by Politiken, which described him as "a versatile guitarist who weaves together many threads both in his playing and his compositions."

Ian Sadock

Born: May 6, 1993

Ian Sadock is an award-winning pianist and jazz composer from Philadelphia with unique research interests in the mechanics of improvised music, maintaining an active and expanding studio of piano and music theory students. Ian Sadock is on the piano faculty at The Settlement School and Greensleeves Music, providing private piano and music theory lessons in the greater Philadelphia region. His education included private study under John Swana, Dr. Theresa Klinefelter and Peter Paulsen at West Chester University, Don Glanden at The University of the Arts, Dr. Igor Resniaski and David Dzubinski at the Nelly Berman School of Music, and Arturo O’Farrill, amongst others

The personal changes in the group were an inspiration to choose a new, unknown path, which generates the concept of a group as a multi-tasking, synergistic machine. In this way, "Termomix" outlines new boundaries on Polish jazz scene where jazz, electronics, improvised music, post-rock and mathcore become a common tool for building evolving and original sound. Martin Turkis is a double bassist, composer, and bandleader working out of San Francisco in genres such as salsa dura, son, mambo, and latin as well as straight-ahead jazz. He is the musical director of Conjunto Elefante - a salsa and Afro-Cuban jazz combo. He also leads the jazz-ska outfit Revolutionary Dictature.

Juan Dhas

Born: May 4, 1994

uan Dhas is constantly seeking to push his limits and abilities as a guitarist, a composer, and an improviser. Born in Dubai, UAE, to a Colombian mother and Indian father, Juan encountered duality and global influence from a young age. After studying classical piano, Juan began playing Guitar at the age of 12 and went on to attend Berklee College of Music, where he studied with musicians such as Tim Miller, Dave Fiuczynski, and Scott DeOgburn, among many others.

Before graduating in 2014, Juan released his debut album, Embracing Clarity. The album introduced new listeners to his thoughtful, deliberate, and intense approach to guitar playing in tandem with his lyrical and intricate compositional style. Embracing Clarity was described as “very impressive in that Dhas exhibits a distinct musical personality at such an early stage of development” (All About Jazz). The album saw critical acclaim, with numerous reviews and international radio airplay in the US and various countries in Europe and Latin America

Born: August 25, 1983

"The Bodhisattwa Trio" is an Experimental Jazz Fusion/Avant Garde outfit from Kolkata, India, which believes in expressionism, social reflection and spontaneous creation. Drawing influences from life, the universe and everything, the trio, with Bodhisattwa Ghosh on Guitars, Premjit Dutta on Drums and Shonai on Keyboards & Synth Bass delivers a mix of original instrumental compositions with special emphasis on harmonic and rhythmic expansion, theme and variation, virtuosity and spontaneous improvisation. Formed in 2012, the trio has under their belt a 4-track EP “Fuzzy Logic” and 2 full length instrumental albums “Intersections” and “Heart of Darkness”

Danil Zverkhanovsky

Born: March 28, 1994

As a kid growing up in Kyiv, Danil had a choice between pursuing painting or playing guitar. After a few years of trial he’d left the former behind and made the latter into a profession. The time spent studying at the Glier college of music under Volodymyr Shabaltas was crucial for his musical identity and created long lasting ties with many prominent Ukrainian musicians.

In 2012 Zverkhanovsky goes out to Graz for his first foreign land experience and spends a term studying at University of Arts. Among the most significant musical experiences he’s found there were classes with trumpeter Stjepko Gut.
