Wesley Amorim

​​ ​Versatile Music Producer, Composer and Latin Grammy nominated Guitarist. Resilient and resourceful character with 18 years of performance history. Skilled at areas such as music and executive production, session musician, arrangement, film and media composition. At 17, he began playing and recording professionally using a wide range of music genres, from Brazilian to jazz, rock, pop, and gospel. He has performed in Broadway musicals, including Jesus Christ Superstar and The Lion King, and with countless artists. Amorim moved to the US in 2014 and has since shared the stage and/or recorded with renowned artists, including Alcione, Cyro Baptista, Luciana Mello, Neguinho da Beija-Flor, Jair Oliveira, Oriente Lopez, and others. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Birdland, Blue Note, Joe's Pub, The Metropolitan Room, the DiMenna Center, Club Bonafide, and many others. In 2019 Amorim released his first duo album, "Simas & Amorim Duo - 'Deuce' with the pianist Luiz Simas to the acclaim of Creed Taylor and Antonio Adolfo. ​Wesley performed on the album ‘Selfie’ by the artist Jair Oliveira, nominated for the 2019 Latin Grammy Award for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album. His last album, 'From Home' released in november of 2020, is a duo with the guitarist Rafael Borges Amaral

Marcello Carelli

Marcello Carelli, 22 years old, is one of the most versatile musicians on the music scene today. Originally from Bedford Hills, New York, Carelli is a currently getting his master's degree in Jazz Studies at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music. He received his undergraduate degree in Studio Music and Jazz at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music. Marcello is a former Stamps Distinguished Ensemble Scholar, having been chosen out of many applicants to play in a high profile jazz quintet for four years. Along with this group, Carelli has also played in the award-winning Frost Concert Jazz Band and the Brian Lynch Artist Ensemble

Marco Bianchi "Vibes"

Born: February 29, 1980

ENGLISH Marco Bianchi "Vibes" is considered one of the most important and eclectic musicians of his generation. Born in 1980, jazz vibraphonist, composer, arranger, graduated in "Percussion Instruments" at the age of 19 at the "G. Verdi" Conservatory of Como, he collaborated with classical / contemporary music orchestras until the early 2000s, but for now many years he devoted himself exclusively to Jazz collaborating with musicians such as Roberto Gatto, Gunter Sommer, Engelbert Wrobel, Gianni Basso, Andrea Pozza, Alfredo Ferrario, Michel Godard, Andrea Braido, Gianni Cazzola, Sandro Gibellini, Maxx Furian, Riccardo Fioravanti and many others . Born in Athens, Greece he started his musical education at the age of 15 with the drummer Antonis Garinis and later on with Nikos Sidirokastritis. He continued with educator and sax player Sylvios Syrros at the Athenaeum Conservatory, where he took his diploma in drums and jazz improvisation. He took lessons with Billy Hart, Mark Guiliana and Adam Nussbaum. He studies classical percussion with Kostas Vorissis and Kostas Theodorakos. He is a graduate from the Athens University of Economics. He started his musical carrier with the jazz- ethnic group Avaton performing in Greece (Athens International Festival 2002, Just Dance Festival 2004 , as well as many music halls and jazz clubs) and Europe (2002 Balkan Square Festival in Fyrom and Serbia , 2004 Jazz progetto Festival in Cremona- Italy, 2005 Aquila- Italy)

Spyros Manesis

Born: July 21, 1978

Jazz pianist Spyros Manesis is born in Athens, Greece on 1978. His studies include degrees on classical and jazz piano at Athenaeum Conservatory (Athens, Greece, with M. Aivazova, G. Kontrafouris, S. Syrros) and Bachelor and a Master's degree on jazz piano from prestigious Conservatory of Amsterdam (K. Boehlee, H. Vroomans, K. Goessens, R. v. Bavel and H.Fraanje) and a Musicology degree from the University of Athens. On 2008 he made his first album as a co-leader with project TRIOISM (ANKh JAZZ). On 2011 he released “Undelivered” (JACC Records) with almost exclusively original compositions and arrangements for piano trio with Joao Hasselberg on double bass and Kaspars Kurdeko on drums

Michael Orenstein

Born: June 27, 1995

Hailing from Berkeley, CA, Origin Records Jazz Artist Michael Orenstein was surrounded by a vibrant jazz community at a young age. Through programs like the SFJazz All-Stars Combo, the Jazzschool, and Berkeley High Jazz, Orenstein had the chance to play with Terrence Blanchard, Christian McBride, Wycliffe Gordon, in addition to many local greats. In 2015, Orenstein was selected to attend the Banff International Workshop in Jazz and Creative music as a TD Fellow, where he got to perform his compositions with Ingrid Jensen and Zakir Hussain. Hermine Deurloo

The chromatic harmonica is still rarely heard in jazz, but Hermine Deurloo acquits herself fully as one of the better-known performers on this instrument. With her warm and virtuous playing she easily conquers the audience. As a soloist she has performed with the Metropole Orchestra, The Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, the Orchestra Jazz Siciliana, Tony Scherr, Han Bennink, Jesse van Ruller, Candy Dulfer, and Al Jarreau. She toured in America, China, Japan, Indonesia and Europe. Hermine has recorded several cd’s on harmonica: Welling (2015 - Tin Wood Records), Glass Fish (2012 - Challenge Records), Soundbite (2006) and Crazy Clock (Brooklyn 2005) with guitarist/bassist Tony Scherr

Teemu Kekkonen

Born: January 6, 1992

Finnish jazz pianist & composer Teemu Kekkonen is a rising star in the European scene. 

Thoughtfully crafted compositions, cinematic harmonies, captivating grooves and familiar melodies are the cornerstones of his music. As a musician Teemu is oriented towards a narrative style and strives to create musical adventures which evoke emotions and diverse moods. As the basis for his improvisations Teemu uses the thematic material of the piece at hand, sometimes transforming it to raw and rugged cacophony, at times to a calm and collected contemplation.

Following the release of his 2021 four-track EP “Trio Live at Bimhuis”, Teemu self-releases his debut album Here/There on September 16th 2022 with compatriots Mikael Saastamoinen (bass) and Roope Kantonen (drums). Behind the seven original pieces and the one cover tune are real-life stories from the past ten years.
