As a teenager, I started a local band called Blessed, a gospel group with my brothers and cousins. We did a lot of concerts and musicals around the city and state which landed us on some big gospel tours with the Winans, Rance Allen and Vanessa bell Armstrong just to name a few. My music instructor at that time was Michael Brooks from the gospel group "Commissioned", who introduced me to the road life through touring. It was Michael who got me started playing on a professional level and I'm grateful
