Juanita Faas
Born:
Juanita was born and raised in Medicine Hat Alberta Canada. Her music training started at age five with The Royal Conservatory of Music Canada. She is also trained in jazz, choral presentation and vocal accompaniment. During her youth she continued with her music training and performing which won her many music awards. In the early eighties Juanita attended Anderson University in Anderson IN and won a music scholarship for her second year. Life's circumstances prevented her from returning to Anderson. Along with her academic studies at Anderson Juanita performed in the musical theater and accompanied many of the vocalists in training. Juanita returned to Medicine Hat in the early 1980's and started a career as a music teacher, ballet accompanist and church pianist
