Pianist Takeshi Asai graduated from Berklee in 1997 with honors in piano performance and has performed at NYC's Lenox Lounge, The Garage, and The Knitting Factory. Bassist Lou Pappas received his MFA in doublebass from Colorado State and has shared the stage with Steve Turre, Michael Brecker and other greats.
