It's been a lonnnnnng time getting here. A long time ago, there was this kid who only wanted to work on fishing boats in Galway, IE but somehow wound up in America--getting most horribly corrupted by that devil rock and roll. My family had such high hopes for me. So 'back in the day', I was all over the map as a musician. I started out as a founding member of the influential punk rock band Hüsker Du and then moved on to become a guitar and bass player for several Motown acts such as The Temptations and The Four Tops. Along the way I also played with many well-known jazz and gospel artists like Ramsey Lewis and The Winans and Broadway shows (Annie, Grease), wrote commercial scores (Lorzban: The Proven Way To Increase Crop Yields!) and even included a stint with the well-known public radio show A Prairie Home Companion.
