Oytun Ersan

Oytun Ersan is a Turkish Cypriot bassist, composer, recording artist and a member of the Recording Academy. He is best known for his soulful grooves, technique and melodic Jazz Fusion compositions. Oytun holds a degree in Music and a Masters Degree in Special Education. Sea Rocket Jasmine

Keyboardist Richard Bugbee formed Sea Rocket Jasmine with Dave Halverson, guitarist and founder of Bay Area art-rock band Trance Lucid. Based in Houston, TX and Santa Barbara, CA, Sea Rocket Jasmine is dedicated to recorded instrumental music that goes in new directions while staying rooted in tradition.

Dave Halverson

Born: June 23, 1967

Dave Halverson is a guitarist/composer based in Santa Barbara, CA. He is also a founding member of the jazz/art rock band Trance Lucid. To date, he has released twelve albums of instrumental music — five as a solo artist, five with Trance Lucid, and two with Sea Rocket Jasmine.

The music ranges from jazz/progressive rock, electronic rock, and avant rock, to textural mood pieces, solo pieces, and more experimental works. Inspirations include random noises, found sound, visual art, science, technology, and shortwave radio experiments.

Roman Miroshnichenko is a multi-Award-winning virtuoso guitarist, composer, producer and recording engineer. He is one of the premier guitarists of the new generation of the jazz-fusion music. Dave Howard

David Howard (Guitarist / Composer / Arranger / Educator) performs throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He is a sensitive and exciting musician influenced by many great jazz, blues and funk artists. David Howard is a Professor at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He's a guitarist, composer, arranger and leader on many recordings including "Souvenirs" featuring Kenwood Dennard. "Clouds", "Almost Carefree", and "Block Island Summer" with the Joe Parillo Ensemble, and "Autumn Leaves" with Dave Rasmussen Jazz Orchestra. Hashima

Hashima is a band that was formed with the idea to use the concepts of free improvisation in a Jazz Quartet combo. Improvisations are gravitating around original themes as well as presenting the audience with the specific arrangements of less known compositions that are inspiring the band. The group has a specific sonor quality: double bass, saxophone, drums and a semi-acoustic jazz guitar. Four different instruments and sensibilities are found in a form bared of tradicional genre qualities with the content inspired by a faraway abandoned island in Japan – Hashima. Lushh

Born: February 18, 1996

Lushh is an electronic jazz band based out of Kalamazoo, MI. The band has been together since late 2015, after meeting through the Jazz Studies program at Western Michigan University. While merging their jazz roots with more modern and contemporary styles, Lushh draws their influences from the likes of Kneebody, Donny McCaslin, Hiatus Kaiyote and much more. Lushh frequently performs around the Midwest, particularly in Michigan, collaborating with various musicians and artists. In addition to performing, Lushh teaches masterclasses at local Michigan high schools. Recently, Lushh performed at the Audiotree Music Festival in Kalamazoo, MI

Dan Rosenboom

Born: May 7, 1982

Dan Rosenboom (b. May 7, 1982) is an internationally recognized trumpet player, composer, and producer. He is known as a prolific member of the Los Angeles creative music scene, having released more than 25 albums of original music as a solo artist and bandleader and has supported over 60 artists across over 100 releases on his label, Orenda Records. Rosenboom is a proud member of the Hollywood Studio Symphony and has recorded for over 200 major film and television soundtracks with such notable composers as John Williams, Danny Elfman, James Newton Howard, Alan Silvestri, Alexandre Desplat, and many more. He has also performed with such elite ensembles as the LA Philharmonic, the LA Chamber Orchestra, and the LA Opera. His own music eschews genre distinctions and draws from such disparate influences as Black American Music, metal and experimental rock, contemporary classical music, folk music from the Balkans, and a broad range of progressive music from the avant-garde. He studied at the Eastman School of Music, CalArts, and UCLA, where he earned advanced degrees in music. The Los Angeles Times has called Dan Rosenboom “a musician dedicated to exploration and expression, regardless of anyone’s imagined boundaries,” and “a phenomenon.”

Joel Forteza

Melodías Lechugas is an artistic Jazz-Rock project led by traveler and composer Joel Forteza. The band was assembled in November 2018 and the concept was created in June 2017. The album was recorded in Munich in July 2018 in the Starseed by Frank Schlaipfner who acted as producer of the album. After traveling for 5 years around the world, creating and playing music around the more than 25 countries that the Argentine singer-songwriter Joel Forteza has visited, he returns to Buenos Aires with an eclectic musical proposal, where various Latin musical genres are mixed, with nuances of jazz fusion, and progressive rock. Currently the band is presenting the album managed independently.

Paul Jost

When describing the unique vocalist and arranger Paul Jost, two words come to mind … “passionate storyteller”. Paul is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger but it is his work as a vocalist that makes him a standout. Both critics and contemporaries alike say he is one of the best male jazz vocalists since Mark Murphy. Paul has performed worldwide with recent tours in Asia and Europe. Back home in the U.S, Paul is making his mark in New York with an ongoing residency at the internationally acclaimed jazz club 55 Bar, a two-month stint in 2017 at SMOKE performing with Orrin Evans, guest appearances with vibraphonist Joe Locke at Dizzy's Coca Cola Club at the Lincoln Center in April 2018 and performances at such popular clubs as Mezzrow, Jazz at Kitano’s and more
