Oytun Ersan is a Turkish Cypriot bassist, composer, recording artist and a member of the Recording Academy. He is best known for his soulful grooves, technique and melodic Jazz Fusion compositions. Oytun holds a degree in Music and a Masters Degree in Special Education. Dave Halverson is a guitarist/composer based in Santa Barbara, CA. He is also a founding member of the
jazz/art rock band Trance Lucid. To date, he has released twelve albums of instrumental
music — five as a solo artist, five with Trance Lucid, and two with Sea Rocket Jasmine.
The music ranges from jazz/progressive rock, electronic rock, and avant rock, to textural mood pieces, solo
pieces, and more experimental works. Inspirations include random noises, found sound, visual art, science,

Hashima is a band that was formed with the idea to use the concepts of free improvisation in a Jazz Quartet combo. Improvisations are gravitating around original themes as well as presenting the audience with the specific arrangements of less known compositions that are inspiring the band. The group has a specific sonor quality: double bass, saxophone, drums and a semi-acoustic jazz guitar. Four different instruments and sensibilities are found in a form bared of tradicional genre qualities with the content inspired by a faraway abandoned island in Japan – Hashima. Lushh is an electronic jazz band based out of Kalamazoo, MI. The band has been together since late 2015, after meeting through the Jazz Studies program at Western Michigan University. While merging their jazz roots with more modern and contemporary styles, Lushh draws their influences from the likes of Kneebody, Donny McCaslin, Hiatus Kaiyote and much more. Lushh frequently performs around the Midwest, particularly in Michigan, collaborating with various musicians and artists. Dan Rosenboom

Dan Rosenboom (b. May 7, 1982) is an internationally recognized trumpet player, composer, and producer. He is known as a prolific member of the Los Angeles creative music scene, having released more than 25 albums of original music as a solo artist and bandleader and has supported over 60 artists across over 100 releases on his label, Orenda Records. Rosenboom is a proud member of the Hollywood Studio Symphony and has recorded for over 200 major film and television soundtracks with such notable composers as John Williams, Danny Elfman, James Newton Howard, Alan Silvestri, Alexandre Desplat, and many more. He has also performed with such elite ensembles as the LA Philharmonic, the LA Chamber Orchestra, and the LA Opera. His own music eschews genre distinctions and draws from such disparate influences as Black American Music, metal and experimental rock, contemporary classical music, folk music from the Balkans, and a broad range of progressive music from the avant-garde. He studied at the Eastman School of Music, CalArts, and UCLA, where he earned advanced degrees in music. The Los Angeles Times has called Dan Rosenboom “a musician dedicated to exploration and expression, regardless of anyone’s imagined boundaries,” and “a phenomenon.”

Joel Forteza

Melodías Lechugas is an artistic Jazz-Rock project led by traveler and composer Joel Forteza. The band was assembled in November 2018 and the concept was created in June 2017. The album was recorded in Munich in July 2018 in the Starseed by Frank Schlaipfner who acted as producer of the album. After traveling for 5 years around the world, creating and playing music around the more than 25 countries that the Argentine singer-songwriter Joel Forteza has visited, he returns to Buenos Aires with an eclectic musical proposal, where various Latin musical genres are mixed, with nuances of jazz fusion, and progressive rock. Currently the band is presenting the album managed independently.
