Isabella Isherwood is a Chicago-based jazz vocalist, pianist, and actor. Critic Neil Tesser writes, “Her range includes thrilling low notes, a middle register that resonates warmth, and ghostly obbligatos to enhance an arrangement. In our atmosphere of deep fakes and broken trust, her unadorned reading cuts the fog like a quavering beacon.”

Isherwood has shared her artistry on stage and screen both across the United States and internationally. Notable performances include appearances with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra at Symphony Center and Ravinia, performances with her quartet at the Chicago Jazz Festival, and three concert tours throughout Europe.

Katrina Van Humbeck

Born: December 17, 1967

Katrina Van Humbeck is a vocalist, composer, piano player, and educator based in Winnipeg, MB. She creates her own unique brand of Jazz Fusion, with a dose of Inspiration. Her music has earned her nominations with the GMA Canada (Gospel Music Awards 2022- Jazz Artist of The Year), and with the WCMA (Western Canadian Music Awards 2020- Spiritual Artist of The Year).

Katrina has four studio recorded albums of original songs to her credit: Only Love; Stronger Still; her sophomore album, Doing A New Thing; and her debut album, Blue & Beyond; all of which reflect influences of the jazz greats and her background in various musical genres.  Katrina's recent release,‘Only Love,’  is a collection of classic, straight-ahead jazz standards and original compositions.   

Giacomo Romanelli

Born: May 8, 1979

Giacomo Romanelli, an Italian saxophonist and composer, released his debut album "New Beginnings" on November 30, 2024. The album features six tracks and has a total duration of 43 minutes.

All songs of the album were composed by the saxophonist and recorded at Happiness Studio in Kawasaki by "Giacomo Romanelli Kichijōji Quartet" with Shunsuke Itoh on piano, Furuto Koshino un double bass, Maiko Mine on drums and Giacomo Romanelli on tenor saxophone.

When four musicians gathered to explore what might emerge from their collective artistic curiosities, a new Pulse was born. The Cleveland-based group, Pulse, features Anthony Fuoco on piano, Dustin May on drums, Aidan Plank on acoustic bass, and Brad Wagner on tenor and soprano saxophones. Established in early 2018, their approach celebrates melodic shape, harmonic subtlety, improvisation, and the wide-open soundscapes of the Midwest. Blending elements of jazz, classical, popular, and world music, Pulse invites the listener to explore the depths of emotion and imagination

Kelly Green

A true triple threat—pianist, vocalist, and composer—Green brings a unique, genre-bending approach to her music, captivating audiences of jazz aficionados and casual listeners around the world.

She has shared the stage with musical visionaries such as Christian McBride, George Coleman, and Billy Hart, and has appeared at venues and festivals including The Kennedy Center, Dizzy’s Club, Birdland Theater, Blue Note, DC Jazz Festival, and Montclair Jazz Festival.

Geoffrey Dean

Dr. Geoffrey Dean is a jazz pianist, composer, author and educator currently performing in the Washington DC area. His music spans the entire genre of jazz – from blues and hard bop influences to classical music, R&B and modern jazz.

Geoffrey Dean currently performs and teaches in the Northern Virginia/DC region. His newest jazz quartet album "Foundations" featuring Harish Raghavan on Bass, Dr. Eric Binder on Drums, and Justin Copeland on Trumpet can be found streaming everywhere as well as on CD and vinyl. Dr. Dean has recently authored an educational book on how to play modern jazz piano titled “Kenny Kirkland’s Harmonic and Rhythmic Language: A Model For The Modern Jazz Pianist”. Tim Bruer

Born: November 29, 1957

Tim Bruer is a Sydney based pianist and composer. He performs regularly around the Sydney area, playing solo piano, and with various bands. He also teaches piano and a number of other subjects at The Australian Institute of Music.

Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Tim has performed with many of Australia’s finest musicians including James Morrison, Dale Barlow Jackie Orzarsky, Carl Orr, Steve Hunter, and Elana Stone. He holds both a Bachelor of Music and a Masters of Music degree in jazz performance, and has studied extensively with Mike Nock. Tim has also been featured on a number of recordings by artists such as The Acca Daiquiris, Guy LeClaire, Max Sharam and Hammerhead, and 2007 saw the release of his first CD under his own name. The Tim Bruer Quartet finds him collaborating with some of his favourite players, and reflects his many years of playing jazz, funk and r&b
