Guy Sion

Guy Sion was born in 1980 and raised in Ashdod, a small city on Israel Mediterranean coastline were there was not much to do in the afternoons except going to the beach or studying music in the music Conservatory. Guy started playing the Recorder at age seven. At nine he switched to the Alto Saxophone and joined the city of Ashdod youth band. During his years at the Conservatory, Guy played different kinds of saxophones, from the Baritone Sax to the Soprano Sax, toured with the band among other places to Germany, Spain, China and gained knowledge in classical music. At the age of thirteen, after playing a Charlie Parker solo in a lesson, Guy fell in love with Jazz
