Originally from the beautiful Island of Trinidad and Tobago, Marvin started playing the guitar at very young age studying the classical guitar and taking part in various music festivals in the Caribbean. Gaining popularity Marvin began touring extensively throughout the Caribbean, United States, Canada, and Europe. Zac Selissen is a guitarist, arranger and teacher whose performance of the guitar has earned him mastery of a wide range of music – from rock to jazz, bossa, and bluegrass, from classical to tango and flamenco. He spends his time arranging for his guitar duo, Duo Symphonious, his Argentine tango band, Tangonero, the University of St. Thomas Guitar Ensemble, and Out of the Chamber Arts Collective. Until his recent move to NY, he was on the guitar faculty of Community Music Center in San Francisco and New Mozart School of Music in Palo Alto. Valtteri Laurell Pöyhönen is an award-winning Finnish composer, arranger, musician and producer. One of the leading young jazz artists of the vibrant Helsinki scene, he is the founder and leader of jazz-sextet Dalindèo and the 17-member all-star outfit Ricky-Tick Big Band. His style of jazz can be defined as “contemporary-classic”: roots in the tradition of Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong while eyes and ears clearly in the 21st century. He has studied jazz composition in Helsinki, Paris and Rotterdam and lived for extensive periods in Berlin and London as well. Originally a guitar player, he also plays piano, old Casio-synths and electronics
