Hiroshi Fukutomi

Born: 1982

Guitarist and composer Hiroshi Fukutomi was born in Osaka (Japan). He started playing the guitar at the age of 14. After graduating from high school, he entered Koyo Conservatory in Kobe, where he began to study jazz and classical guitar. In 2003, he received a scholarship from Berklee College of Music (Boston), and subsequently entered the school in the fall of 2004. At Berklee, Hiroshi studied under the tuition of Jon Damian, Bret Willmott, Bruce Saunders, Hal Crook, Joe Lovano, George Garzone, Dave Santoro and many other teachers. In 2006, he was awarded the Guitar Department Achievement Award

The Band TNT featuring Janelle is made up of Tim Stafford (Guitar/Sax/Vocals), Nevin White (Bass/Vocals), Tim Howard (Drums/Vocals), and Janelle Woodyard (Lead vocal). Tim Stafford has shared the stage with artists such as Huey Lewis, Kenny Loggins, Night Ranger, The Allman Brothers, and many more. He is a published composer and continues to write music today. Tim teaches vocals, woodwinds, guitar, bass and piano on a daily basis. Jakstoni Dias

Born: June 28, 1967

Silent King better known as Jakstoni Dias is a finger picking Brazilian jazz fusionist.He plays fast guitar,bass,and percussion with speed and precise improvisational style.The way to explain his music is improvised experimental free avant garde jazz music. The Brazilian culture that Jakstoni grew up in is largely influenced by music of the African slaves. They brought Capoeira,Cadomble ache,Frevo,Fulia,Samba,and many more.All of this music has strong percussion beat.Growing up in Brazil Jakstoni sang and played percussion instruments in church.He taught himself how to play guitar and bass which made it easier for him to play 12 string guitars and basses of all kinds fretted and frettless.His brother A.W

Christian Frank

Born: January 8, 1970

Christian Frank began his musical career in Århus City and has been an integral part the Copenhagen jazz community since he graduated from the Royal Academy of Music. Christian has performed at almost any jazz club and blues club in Denmark, and has recorded with singer Franck White and with his own quartet. Since 2010 he has toured and recorded with the latvian saxophonist, Deniss Pashkevich. His lates CD is with the trio ”The Bridge” from 2013. He has played with artists like the swedish pianist and composer, Lars Jansson, and is regularly heard with the danish upcomming saxophonist, Jan Harbeck

Seu Jorge

Born: June 8, 1970

Jorge Mário da Silva was born in 1970 in Belford Roxo, in the Metropolitan Area of Rio de Janeiro, and from an early age he knew he wanted to be a musician. He worked several jobs from the age of 10 onwards, was a regular at balls and Samba gatherings in Rio, and started out young singing at clubs. He left home at 19 and lived on the streets for a few years, where he had his first contact with theater. Discovered by clarinet player Paulo Moura, he auditioned for a musical and his life changed entirely ever since.  Seu Jorge (a nickname given by drummer and friend Marcelo Yuka) made his first mark as a professional musician in 1998: as a member of band Farofa Carioca, he released the album Moro no Brasil in Portugal, Japan and Brazil. In 2001 he released his first solo album, Samba Esporte Fino, produced by Mário Caldato and Seu Jorge, and mixed and mastered in Los Angeles by Mário Caldato

Co-leader of the band BLUE COMMOTION(with Zoë), Rob is originally from a blues background. He since made his name on the British jazz scene, having performed with Jim Mullen, Django Bates, Bill Bruford, Tim Garland, Dave O'Higgins, Ainsley Dunbar and Sue Hawker. He has appeared on television in The Old Grey Whistle Test, The James Whale Show and Good Morning Australia and in festivals in Brecon, the Isle of Wight, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Jersey and many more. Rob has been described as one of the most prolific writers of quality jazz songs with collaboration from vocalists Zoe Schwarz and Sue Hawker

Marvin Dolly’s Bio Passionately driven to create good music; arranger and composer Marvin Dolly combines his love for jazz with broad influences from calypso and Brazilian music to create his signature style. Originally from the beautiful Island of Trinidad and Tobago, Marvin started playing the guitar at very young age studying the classical guitar and taking part in various music festivals in the Caribbean. Gaining popularity Marvin began touring extensively throughout the Caribbean, United States, Canada, and Europe.
