The town in south poland i come from is based on blues music since the 60's therefore i am a blues musician. Funny that after 40+ years there are 50 blues festivals that include about 20 international events with the top blues players. It's also funny that the biggest indoor blues festival called RAWA BLUES is in my hometown for the past 26yrs. I ended up in Tulsa, Ok in 82 with the status of political refugee and surprisingly i ended up in town with big blues roots thanks to Eric Clapton, Leon Russell, J.J Cale. Claptons drummer at that time was Jamie Oldacker through whom i got to recording studios, gigs, and finally for a meeting with EPIC/CBS records So i moved to New York and worked with Michael Urbaniak and through him with the biggest names in fusion jazz

Jim Campilongo

BIO Billboard Magazine calls Jim Campilongo, "an American treasure", an accolade this guitarist's artistry and influential career has richly earned him. With seven albums of original material and guest appearances on dozens of recordings; from the Bammie-winner's contribution on Cake's million-selling "Prolonging the Magic" to (most recently) doing lead guitar duties with Martha Wainwright, Teddy Thompson and The Little Willies, his band with Norah Jones, He's also had repeat appearances on David Letterman, Conan O'Brien and been interviewed on many major radio shows. Campilongo is also a published guitar teacher and contributing editor for Guitar Player Magazine

Elizabeth Dodd

Born: February 28, 1969

Award winning Guitarist Elizabeth Dodd grew up in South Plainfield NJ. She was first exposed to Jazz while studying with Legondary guitar guru, Harry Leahy. Harry was the featured guitarist on Phil Woods recordings and toured extensively with Phil Woods and played many engagements at Carnage Hall.

Under Harry Leahy's legendary tutelage, Miss Elizabeth began listening to the great Jazz guitarists and was active in New Brunswick Youth Jazz Orchestra. Upon receiving a music scholarship to Rutger's Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick where she studied with the great guitarist Ted Dunbar

Andrew Reissiger

Born: December 15, 1975

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Andrew Reissiger is a composer/performer on the electric and nylon-string guitar as well as the charango, a small Bolivian stringed instrument purportedly from the highest city in the world. For a decade, he has helped to bring the charango, a traditional Andean instrument, into the world of jazz, chamber music, African and Balkan styles. His colorful music has been heard in between news stories on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered and featured on NPR's live performance radio show Mountain Stage. He is a co-founder of the experimental world music ensemble Dromedary, described as a guitar-lover’s delight by The All Music Guide and hailed for its “sheer effortless audacity” by “All About Jazz.” He has appeared on critically acclaimed recordings by Puerto Rican Nueva Trova hero Roy Brown, Americana artist Jonathan Byrd, and Tao Rodriguez-Seeger.

Devin Arne

Born: July 18, 1985

Devin Arne is a composer, producer, educator, and multi-instrumentalist based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has established a reputation as a versatile musician and producer with a portfolio that spans multiple genres including rock, electronic, jazz, and film scores. Working with top Music Houses in New York and Los Angeles, Devin has composed music for national ad campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, Tide, and YouTube, among others. His compositions have been featured on TV shows including MTV’s The Real World, E!’s Keeping up with the Kardashians, Total Divas, TLC’s Four Weddings, and MTV Canada’s Grand Benders

Tim "Too Slim" Langford

Tim "Too Slim" Langford, with his band the Taildraggers, have created an eclectic style of roots-rock, Americana and blues that has become a genre all its own. Too Slim's ever-evolving musical direction cannot be classified into any box or category. The eclectic nature of the band allows Too Slim and the Taildraggers to easily cross-over and appeal to audiences of various musical tastes.

Too Slim and the Taildraggers are headliners at theaters, festivals and concert stages. The band has shared the stage with the likes of Bo Diddley, Brian Setzer, Johnny Lang, .38 Special, Robert Cray, Otis Rush, Jeff Healey, Ted Nugent, Los Lobos, Lonnie Mack, Blue Oyster Cult, Heart, Travis Tritt, Junior Brown, Gatemouth Brown, Neil McCoy, Delbert McClinton, Blues Traveler, Steppenwolf, Johnny and Edgar Winter.

Juan Camacho

Studied at the Escuela de Música Creativa in Madrid (1984-87), where he later taught Harmony and Composition (1992-96). Studied guitar with guitarist, arranger and prestigious session musician Fredi Marugán (1986-89) and with guitarist and contemporary composers Joe Morris and Jon Damian (Boston, Ma., 1989-91). In 1991 he obtained a Diploma in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music in Boston (U.S.A.). He attended seminars under the direction of such masters as Steve Brown, Walter Bishop Jr., Jack Walrath, Dave Schnitter, Billy Hart, and Bill Dobbins in Sevilla and Alcalá, Spain, in 1985

Femi Temowo

Femi Temowo is a guitarist ‘par excellence’. After graduating from Middlesex University, where he studied Jazz, he was approached by Soweto Kinch to join his then brand new quartet. Femi is a regular guitar tutor at Tech Music School, a contemporary music institute based in West London. He also gives master classes and seminars all over the UK and Europe as part of ‘The Urbanator Project,’ a music education programme founded by violinist Michal Urbaniak.

Namaya

Namaya is the jazz poet, with his band, the jazz beat blues poetry ensemble, as a solo artist, sharing the stage with such jazz luminaries like Sheila Jordan, or in performances with jazz cats around the world. "Jazz poems are the sweet fusion of sound, images, and colors dancing with the music. My favorite performances have been where the music and the story is created on stage, a bit of Sketch of Spain from Miles, or a dash of the Bird's rift, a vivacious woman who saunters into the room, an e flat minor rifts into the memory of moonlight on the Anapurna mountains, or a theme suggested from an audience."
