Giuseppe Venezia

Bassist and bassist from Lucania, Giuseppe Venezia - born in 1982 - started his artistic career in 2006. Until now, he has been involved in numerous formations and has participated in the recording of several records, alongside musicians from around the world both in the studio and live. Also artistic director of the Rosetta Jazz Club and the Basilijazz - Basilicata Jazz Festival, today it is considered a "first call" by many American musicians performing in Europe. In addition to promoting the establishment of numerous jazz ensembles, Venice has shared stages and recording studios, in Italy and abroad, with prestigious names of the world jazz scene, such as Enrico Rava, Stochelo Rosenberg, Peter Bernstein, Greg Hutchinson, Scott Hamilton, Jonathan Blake, Dado Moroni, Philip Harper, Jerry Bergonzi, Jason Lindner, Johnny O'Neal, Flavio Boltro, Jesse Davis, Roberto Gatto, just to name a few.
