Mr. GONE is a 4 piece ensemble exploring the groove based music of early electric jazz

(fusion), focusing on the groundbreaking music of Weather Report and Herbie

Hancock’s Headhunters & Mwandishi bands, as well as original compositions.

Referencing the origins of the jam band movement, they connect the past with the future,

opening a window on the historical significance and influence of this music. Mr Gone is

the brainchild of Peter Furlan (saxes, Dizzy Gillespie, 10,000 Maniacs, Frank Foster)

Awen Robbe

Awen Robbe is a young trumpeter and ecletic composer from France. From an early age, he was immersed in music (especially in Jazz & Breton culture) thanks to his father Fabien Robbe, Jazz pianist & multi-instrumentalist. He began playing the trumpet at 7 at the "Maison of Arts" in Baud, with his first teacher, Guillaume St-Michel. He started young to perform on stage, playing his first professional concerts at the age of 12, between Fest-Noz and major Breton festivals.

Slow the Band

Slow the Band, a Poland based group of passionate jazz musicians fresh off of recent shows across Middle Europe, celebrates their first concert album, Live in Dresden, released May 2024.
To the surprise of its 2 founding members - guitarist Tomasz Kaczmarczyk and pianist Krzysztof Werminski - what started as a hobby musical adventure in 2010 has since turned into a serious fusion jazz project involving some of the finest Polish musicians around. The surprises continue with enthusiastic international reviews after each new release.

A big band from The Netherlands, playing all original music written by Joris Bolhaar. We incorporate many genres into our music, and play unexpected and great sounding jazz, fusion, latin, rock - sometimes even Ska!

We are known for our Christmas repertoire, and have recently released our new Christmas Album, Jingle Bells Jazz Machine

Cobbs

Cobbs is a fusion jazz group hailing from Brooklyn, New York City. The group was founded in
early 2022 and is led by award-winning drummer Ben Friedkin. Completing the group are renowned keyboardist/pianist Julia Chen, innovative guitarist Omri Bar-Giora and virtuoso bassist Noam Tanzer.
Cobbs began as a tribute act to the fusion jazz greats, and overtime, through developing a
close musical connection within the band, shifted its focus to original music, with materials
written by all group members.
Their debut EP "First Attempt" (recorded live in Brooklyn) was released on November 2023.

Uziel Colon

Uziel Colón is a pianist, arranger, and composer whose remarkable talent has earned him a well-established name as a prominent musician in the music industry. Throughout the years, his passion for music has driven him to reach new heights in his musical career, giving him the opportunity to perform with many great names including renowned percussionist Eguie Castrillo, legendary vibraphonist Victor Mendoza, percussionists Giovanni Hidalgo and Marc Quiñones, trumpet players Greg Hopkins and Humberto Ramirez, and accomplished bassists Oscar Stagnaro, Oskar Cartaya, and Abraham Laboriel. 

Ron Bosse

Boston-based guitarist and composer Ron Bosse has appeared throughout the United States and Canada, and has performed and recorded with jazz greats Dave Liebman, Bob Mintzer, Lil’ John Roberts, Jeff Lorber, Norman Brown, Ben Shepherd, Gary Novak, MonoNeon, Hadrien Feraud, Jimmy Haslip, Sonny Emory, Bob Reynolds, Mike Stern, George Garzone and Jerry Bergonzi. Ron has been praised for his work in Jazz Times, Downbeat, Jazz Now, Guitar Player Magazine, the Boston Globe and the New York Times.

A graduate of Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music, Ron has been an active player and bandleader for many years. In 1994, he was voted “Outstanding Guitarist” by Guitar Player Magazine who called him “a master in the making.” 

Alex Hand

Alex Hand is a premier guitarist on the Texas scene, regularly performing with jazz, Celtic traditional, classic rock and gypsy swing groups. He graduated from the University of North Texas jazz performance program with a masters in 2021 and continues to perform and teach music in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He studied traditional Balkan music in Bulgaria and Turkey in 2015 and released two self-produced albums of that music with San Francisco jazz players. Hand’s third album is incoming, featuring five original tunes and one wild, spooky take on the classic American song, “St. James Infirmary.” As a composer, he blends jazz improvisation and harmony with two decades of experience with various European folk styles and his love for baroque and romantic-era composers like Couperin, Debussy and Chopin
