Matt Richards

Born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, guitarist Matt Richards grew up in the culturally fertile cross-currents of the late 1960s. His musical pathway opens in the mix of folk, rock and psychedelic music that defined that decade and eventually guides him into the hyperactive jazz-fusion of the 1970s. Initially a self-taught player, Matt began earnestly developing the technically advanced musical abilities necessary to be part of that highly-energized genre. As his musicianship developed, he discovered straight-ahead jazz and classical music and began incorporating the acoustic guitar in various projects
Tellef Øgrim

Tellef Øgrim (alternatively written Ogrim where the letter Ø does not work), born January 27. 1958 in Oslo, is a Norwegian guitarist and journalist. As a boy, he played in rock and later jazz bands before joining the new wave band Ung Pike Forsvunnet, in 1981. The group released two albums, toured Norway and played some TV shows. In 1985, Øgrim and vocalist (later his wife) formed the soul-rock band Duck Spin, releasing the group's only album Wake Me When the Moon Gets Up the year after. Øgrim went on to form his first jazz group, Libido in 1987. Their self-titled album was released at Hot Club Records. During the same period, he wrote music for two theater plays
Rich Perks
As a both a guitarist and composer Rich exhibits a keen interest in anything unusual, progressive and innovative. As well as being an active gigging musician, he is currently studying for his PhD at Brunel University where he specialises in constructing compositional methodologies for improvising musicians. Rich started playing guitar at the age of twelve and after being in several rock covers bands at school and college, performing in a variety of clubs and pubs up and down the country, Rich moved to Southampton to study Mathematics. During this time he held the guitarist chair in the Southampton University Jazz Orchestra (SUJO) for three years, playing venues all over the UK as well as at the North Sea Jazz Festival (Holland), plus several dates at the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival (Switzerland)
