Darryl Chalmers

Darryl Chalmers is a professional drummer from Queens, NY, who has been playing drums for 31 years. Darryl has worked with several groups including The Bridge, First Circle, Called, and Chosen. He is currently working with Ufouria featuring outstanding musicians Clarence Haynes, John Purvis, Eric Freeman, and Ron Richardson, Plays for Grace Gospel Tabernacle Queens NY. And also currently on tour playing for Leon and The Peoples for Actor & Singer (Leon Robinson). Darryl has also performed on Fox 5's, The Bill McClary Report and appeared in television commercials featuring the NY based jazz fusion band, Axiom with Mark Gatz, Greg Sam, Ron Conner, and Ron Richardson

Graham Doby

Graham Doby is a NYC-based drummer and composer.

His sound has been described as "tremendously agile," with poly-rhythmic jazz fluidity grounded in funk and rock four-on-the-floor groove sensibility. Doby has shared the stage with The Impressions, George Clinton, Trombone Shorty, Thank You Scientist, and Antibalas. A drummer for over 20 years, Doby has cultivated his own diverse creative community that shares resources and networks in addition to talents and styles.

Doby's new album Weathered Crown features a changing cast of musicians/ composers and arrangers. Guitarist Mike Moreno plays as a special guest on two tracks. Doby produced the album.

Kerry D. Little

Born: February 9, 1973

Kerry Delron Little aka "LIL DRUMMER BOY" is a native of Coatesville, Pennsylvania who enjoys playing music from all Genres. At an early age he expressed an interest and desire to play the drums and started his musicial journey when he was six years old. The name "LiL DRUMMER BOY" was created as a result of his last name and the fact that he was just a boy when is began playing. To see and hear him certainly reinforces what is evident. He is a true musician who is passionate about what he does and respects the gift that he has been given to play. Kerry is a firm believer that because of his strong family ties and his faith he has been given the chance to share his extraordinary talent. Kerry's own creative style has afforded him the opportunity to make any zone his comfort zone which is why he was named one of the most talented drummers in Coatesville PA.

Aivar Vassiljev

Born: December 11, 1971

Percussionist and jazz musician Aivar Vassiljev was born on December 11, 1971 in Otepää, Estonia. 1990-1994 studied classical percussions in Tartu H.Eller Musical College by Raivo Rebane and Margus Tammemägi. Master courses followed in Finland by Markku Ounaskari jazz band in 2000 and in Estonia by Brian Melvin in 2002 and Thomas Jimeno D. Cuban music courses in 2003 and 2004. His musical activities and the interest in jazz music began playing in the school dixieland band of Tartu 10. Secondary School in 1992. 1992-1994 he played in the symphony orchestra of “Vanemuine” theatre. In 1995 he settled in Tallinn and began to play in the symphony orchestra of Estonian National Opera, was active in Police Brass Band, started to play with double bassist Toivo Unt

Peter Kronreif

Born and raised in Salzburg, Austria, Peter Kronreif discovered his passion for the drum set already in early childhood - “I went to the kitchen, chose cooking spoons, pots and pans and whatever sounded nice to me and enthusiastically accompanied the mozart sonatas my big brother and my mother were playing on recorder and piano.” He picked the drums at age nine and soon started playing in his father's wind orchestra. Newman Taylor Baker is a drummer best known for Singin' Drums, his exploration of the washboard, and his work with musicians Henry Threadgill, Billy Bang, Henry Grimes, Leroy Jenkins, and Diedre Murray and choreographers Mickey Davidson and Joanne Tucker Mr.Baker currently performs in the ensembles of Makoto Kuriya, Jemeel Moondoc, Sylwester Ostrowski, Henrique Prince, Cheryl Pyle and Matthew Shipp, among others.
