Traditional, hard swinging, and laid back are all words that could describe Jim Lower’s playing Style. A Missouri native, Lower has spent a majority of his life studying and performing in and around Kansas City. At the age of 12 Lower received his first drum set and quickly discovered his desire to become a jazz drummer. While many drummers his age were exploring rock, pop, or rap Lower was busy studying Jeff Hamilton’s style of playing. Early on he knew that Hamilton’s infectious style and mastery of the brushes was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Billy Prim was born in Larisa , Greece in 1997. He started playing drums at the age of 15. His musical studies include 6 years of classical piano lesson. Billy he finished his basic education in Greece but after all that the music placed him somewhere else. He moved to Hungary and there he studied the drums. During and after his studies Billy was joining several musical projects, recordings and tours with different ensembles of different genres of music. Billy keeps going on with his musical journey, improvement, looks forward to new challenges, experiments for a better and newer experience

Formed in 2018, the band comprises Royal Academy of Music graduate and Yamaha Jazz Scholar Sam Miles (tenor saxophone), Dankworth Prize-winning composer Chris McMurran (piano), BBC Young Musician 2014 Jazz Award finalist Freddie Jensen (bass), and Daniel Yuan Yao (drums). The album features different compositions by various members of the band as well as two old jazz standards. Chris, Freddie and Daniel were students at Cambridge when they met, and this album is the product of their double lives as musicians by night.

Robert McKeon
Bob is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was on the road during the late 50's with various groups performing in New York, Pennsylvania and Indiana. While in Grand Rapids, Bob worked holding down the drum chair on a weekly, local TV variety show and formed a quartet with Doug Cook, along with his wife, Margo, as vocalist. Bob and Margo moved to the valley in 2000 and have stayed busy playing with local jazz musicians. Bob gigged with the Treme Brass Band from New Orleans when they were in Phoenix and is currently the drummer with the Sun Lakes Big Band. Bob has worked with world renowned jazz musicians

I was born on 13th of March 1982 in Tallinn, Estonia. Began music studies on piano at the age of 6, drumset at the age of 12. Played the first professional gig in the age of 15. Studied in G.Ots Music School in Tallinn (drumset 1998-2000), University of Tartu (semiotics and culturology 2000-2003),Viljandi Culture Academy (drums & teaching), Sibelius Academy (Jazz drums 2005-2006), Estonian Music- and Theatre Academy (Jazz music, 2016-2018). Studied with Eno Kollom, Tanel Ruben, Jussi Lehtonen, Jukkis Uotila, Jimmy Cobb, Ari Hoenig, John Riley. Performed with Lenna, Koit Toome, Maarja, Ivo Linna, Karl-Erik Taukar and many international jazz musicians
