Domingo Lobuono

Domingo Lobuono is a jazz guitarist based in Trieste (Italy). He began his musical studies in 1976 approaching the world of classical guitar. In the Eighties he learned to play the piano and began to look around in many different directions: classical music, the world of popular and folk music, mainly the celtic and the latinoamerican ones, that particular artistic world between progressive rock and ambient music represented by artists like Brian Eno, Robert Fripp, David Byrne and Andy Summers. His interest for jazz music began in 1985 after having listened to a Michel Petrucciani album. He began then an intensive study, under the teaching of Fernando d'Anelli , teacher in Li.A.M.M
