Dave Ness

David Ness, B.M. Northern Illinois University; M.M. Northwestern University, is a freelance musician in the Chicago area. Currently, Dave teaches at Libertyville High School. In the past he has taught at the College of Lake County, Northwestern University, and Carthage College. Dave is a sought- after clinician, having taught and presented clinics at many schools in the Illinois and Wisconsin area. Dave is featured on recordings on Southport Records and has arranged music for Danilo Perez, pianist; Shirley King, blues singer and daughter of B.B. King; and Judy Roberts, pianist and vocalist
