Dom Franks

Former winner of the Daily Telegraph Young Jazz Musician of the Year competition, Dom Franks is a versatile musician, teacher and composer based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Following a spell with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Dom studied on the Postgraduate Jazz course at London’s Guildhall School of Music with former Jazz Messenger Jean Toussaint and saxophonist Stan Sulzmann. Since then he has headed up promotions at London’s Jazz Café, and worked as manager and music booker at the Vortex Jazz Club in Dalston. At the same time he has maintained a busy career as a freelance session musician, bandleader and teacher. An adaptable saxophonist and arranger, Dom has worked in a wide range of styles; from classical solo engagements on soprano saxophone with the Oxford Pro Musica Singers to session work on alto and tenor sax with with Jocelyn Brown, Alison Limerick, Ikon and Shaft (on #1 chart-topping hit single ‘Mucho Mambo (Sway)’) among others

Felix Biller

Born in Rosenheim, Bavaria (Germany), Felix Biller started his musical education at the age of four. Throughout the years he tackled many instruments, such as guitar and saxophone, but piano has always remained his instrument of choice and mastery. His classical training gave him an excellent technique; his eagerness to experiment and think outside the box makes him search for new inspirations and opportunities for artistic development. Biller is both an involved learner and dedicated teacher. He graduated from musicology (BA) and music management (MA) and continues his musical education pursuing jazz piano studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in the Austrian capital Vienna, where he lives and works

Wolfgang Seligo

Born:

Pianist and composer Wolfgang Seligo is very much at home in many divergent musical styles. His original music is influenced by jazz, rock, and modern classical music and driven by a funky and powerful sound from the piano. He brought his work onto the international stage in various formations but also solo. He gave concerts in the Forbidden City of Peking, on the Red Square of Moscow, but also in Morocco, Senegal, Chicago and Washington. Other performances include festivals and concert series in Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. After jazz studies in Vienna, Wolfgang Seligo gathered his first experiences as a composer, producer and musician in the early 1990s

A veteran of the acclaimed chamber ensemble Rhythm & Brass, jazz legend Joe Henderson’s Quintet and Sextet, William Russo’s Chicago Jazz Ensemble, and the Brass Band of Battle Creek, known as the world’s “Rolls Royce of Brass Bands” (Brass Band World), he stays busy as a headline artist at international brass and jazz festivals and as a soloist with orchestras, concert bands, brass bands and jazz ensembles on six continents

Born in Sydney, Australia in 1977 and of French-Austro-Hungarian-Israeli family background, the critically acclaimed Berlin-based violinist and composer-producer Daniel Weltlinger has long been renowned worldwide for his distinctive warm sound and innovations within the genres of Gypsy-swing, jazz, Yiddish-klezmer and experimental/free-improvised music. Ludmil Krumov is a Bulgarian guitarist, tamburist, composer, educator specializing in Contemporary Jazz, Bulgarian Traditional Music and World Jazz. Regarded as one of the most talented Bulgarian guitarists of his generation, Ludmil performed with international jazz artists such as: Branford Marsalis, Ralph Peterson Jr., Ryan Hanseler, Owen Hart Jr., David Berkman, Reggie Washington, Yaniv Nachum, Michael Varekamp, Hans Mantel, Lucas Van Merwijk, Joris Teepe, Teodosii Spasov, Peyo Peev, Antoni Donchev, Dimitar Bodurov, Vladimir Karparov, Borislav Petrov, Dimitar Liolev, to name a few. His guitar style incorporates wide diversity of techniques such as sweep and alternate picking , rich articulation and dynamic phrasing

Eyran Katsenelenbogen

Eyran Katsenelenbogen is a pianist who has performed throughout the world. In 2019, he released his latest solo album, titled Outstandards, with a concert tour that included venues in the U.S., Europe and Israel. Katsenelenbogen's recordings have been reviewed by jazz publications such as Jazziz, JazzTimes, Jazz Journal International and All About Jazz, which stated in its recent review of Eyran’s previous release: "88 Fingers is truly a virtuoso's work. Perhaps Katsenelenbogen is most in league with Art Tatum for this fact: he sets the bar towards which other pianists must strive." A classically trained pianist with a jazz style, Katsenelenbogen has performed and recorded in venues such as the Iridium Jazz Club, New York; Teatro di Marcello, Rome; the Tel-Aviv Jazz & Blues Festival; the Bechstein Centrum, Hamburg; Mirrors Hall, Saint Petersburg; Scullers Jazz Club, Boston; Shalin Liu Performance Center, Rockport, MA; Saint Joseph Theatre, Scarborough, UK; and the Glenn Gould Studio, Toronto

Luca Luciano

Luca is a noted Italian clarinettist and composer who now makes his home in London, having developed an enviable reputation as an instrumental virtuoso around the UK and overseas via recordings and concert hall appearances” (The Musician). Internationally recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to contemporary clarinet music, he starts his career at the young age of twelve performing at one of the most established halls of his home town Naples and appears on television nationwide live aged 21. Introduced as "the new voice of the clarinet" on the front page of De Klarinet Magazine, Luca graduated from the Conservatoire of Salerno (Italy) and has been awarded the Fellow status at the Higher Education Academy (UK)
