Brian’s musical roots are based out of the gospel church in Akron, Ohio where he has performed for most of his life, but his musical accolades expand far beyond that. Serving as a radio DJ for 88.9 “The Edge,” he began to broaden his musical tastes. In college, he also ran security for the national entertainment acts that were brought in. It was there that Brian saw his future. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, where in 1968 I graduated as a National Merit Scholar from Grover Cleveland High School before moving to Arkansas. After graduating cum laude (with the equivalent of three language majors and an emphasis in comparative literature) from Hendrix College in 1972, I spent nearly four decades in public education before retiring in 2010. Though never a professional performer, for many years (1970s-1990s) I taught stage-crew courses, managed a 1400-seat classic performing arts theatre, and served as a technical director for various types of professional performances and community events in central Arkansas

André Pogoriloffsky is the pen name used by Andrei Covaciu- Pogorilowski for his book "The music of the Temporalists". He was born in Bucharest, Romania, in February 1968. Starting with 1982, he studied music independently, helped by several private professors. In 1989 A.P. started to hear in his head a strange yet beautiful music that he was unable to notate. Short excerpts were presented on the piano to his musician friends who confirmed that the temporal fabric of that music could not be rendered satisfactorily with help from the traditional, bar-rhythmical, semiography.
