Alfredo Dias Gomes

Alfredo Dias Gomes is an independent drummer from Rio de Janeiro. In his solo career released 12 albums. “Serviço Secreto", "ADG", "Atmosfera" , “Ecos”, "Groove", "Corona Borealis", "Looking Back", "Pulse", "Tribute to Don Alias", "Jam", "Solar" and “Jazz Standards “. AlfredoDias Gomes was born in 1960, in Rio de Janeiro, and made his professional debut in instrumental music at age 18, playing in the Hermeto Pascoal band. With him, he recorded "Cérebro Magnético" album and participated in several shows, especially "São Paulo Jazz Festival" and "Rio Monterrey Festival". He also played and recorded with great names of music like Márcio Montarroyos, Ricardo Silveira, Arthur Maia, Nico Assumpção, Ivan Lins and was part of the group Heróis da Resistência.
