L'ascolto del lavoro parte non senza motivi d'interesse, su una linea grosso modo al guado fra sperimentalismo, contemporaneità e lieder, pur anomali. Successivamente le ridotte risorse timbriche dell'abbinamento (per quanto Joe Moffett si dedichi anche episodicamente al recitativo, e così la stessa cantante) finiscono per determinare una forse inevitabile ripetitività di colori e situazioni, il che non impedisce di apprezzare il rigore, la coerenza intestina, del tutto.
Da ascoltare, per tutto quanto detto, di preferenza a piccole dosi.
