About the Album
"Twist" is a kind of Funky Jazz Groove, a catchy song with a distinctive melody.
The approach was intended to be relaxing, but with plenty of groove and a danceable atmosphere!
Filippo Bianchini!s new album ''Mood Indigo'' is beautiful new creation that indeed takes the listener through a multitude of inviting moods from the floaty introspective ''Trasloco'', the triumphant ''Dedo & Utrillo'' and to the groovy make you move ''Twist''.
I am honored to also have a beautiful song written for yours truly which I must say is probably my favorite.
It cleverly takes you through different harmonic and rhythmic landscapes all tied together by a lyrical singing melody, my favorite type of song.
The ensemble brilliantly supports Filippo!s luscious sound throughout the this whole
recording and assist masterfully in bringing his creative vision to life.
