About the Album

"Spanish Samba" is a unique original flamenco-jazz fusion piece composed by Jason Keiser, featuring jazz guitar master John Stowell! This new piece honors the long lineage of flamenco-jazz fusion and takes inspiration from Paco de Lucia, Camaron de la Isla, Tomatito, Strunz & Farah, and Chick Corea. “Spanish Samba” is dedicated to Paco de Lucia and Strunz and Farah. Press: "The Spanish Samba track adds playful tones to familiar tunes. Keiser and Stowell's guitars have distinct voices that combine to resemble a happy, excited conversation in a sunny place. It just makes you want to stay all day." Scott Millsop Host, Minor 7th Podcast Featuring Special Guest: John Stowell Artwork by: Krisanne Keiser Design & Composition by: Jason Keiser Mixing by: Steve Glaze & Jason Keiser, Tone Freq.
