About the Album

This track was inspired by an article in which a group of researchers measured the sound waves emanating from a Black Hole in the Perseus cluster. It produces a Bb fifty-seven octaves below middle C. The key is Bb (mostly) and the piece uses multiple meters, moving through 5/8, 7/8, and 8/8.
