Lockart studied at Eastman, performed with the Woody Herman Orchestra, Tom Harrell Big Band, Doc Severinsen Big Band, Joe LaBarbera Quintet, Kurt Elling, and many others, and is active in the Los Angeles jazz, TV and film communities.
