From the new album "April & Joanie Sing!" on Southport Records, vocalists April Aloisio and Joanie Pallatto sing a duet in perfect harmony on "I FEEL FREE", written by Peter Brown and Jack Bruce of the band Cream. Their arrangement with guitarist Fareed Haque breathes new life into this classic rock song, and is given a new free feeling on this recording from 2024. Aloisio, a sensuous and passionate soprano and Pallatto, a sultry and inviting alto, agree that there are times when they can't tell each other apart — sharing in harmony, scat and improvisation.
