About the Album

Six Tango Etudes, the work of Astor Piazzolla originally written for flute, entered the world of sax on all continents. This is the first complete version of the piece recorded by an Argentine saxophonist and the first recording worldwide in chamber format. Décide is the first number of the work and Manfred Neuman conducts Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, an ensemble from the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie Saarbrucken, Germany, where this recording was made in January 2017.
