Live Jazz & Kudos!
Expanding the audience and reaching younger listeners is an ongoing mission across the jazz world. Our friends at the Seattle Jazz Fellowshipwinners of the 2025 Jazz Forward Awardmay have found a key with their Monday Night Jam, which is attracting Gen-Z audiences. You can read more about it here.
Several of you reached out this past week after noticing a steady uptick in content. You're right, it's been a busy stretch, and we know it can feel overwhelming at times. Here are a few tips to help you keep up:
As we celebrate our 30th year, we'd love to hear your suggestions for how we can keep improving All About Jazz. We also wanted to share some nice comments from our community.
From our musician friends, thank you for your kind words (you can read some here). This note came from bassist Stephan Crump:
If you're a musician and want to share your own message, just sign in, go to your musician page, click "Edit Page," scroll to the "Your Feedback Please" section, and drop in your words. While you're there, we'd also love your thoughts on how we can improve AAJ. We regularly review suggestions and put feasible ideas into action.
Our well-coiffed readers have been chiming in, too. You can read their comments on the Everyone Digs AAJ page. To add yours, sign in, click "Hi, [Your Name]," click "Update Settings," then click the "Feedback" tab. From there, you can add comments or suggestions and save. We truly appreciate you taking the time.

Several of you reached out this past week after noticing a steady uptick in content. You're right, it's been a busy stretch, and we know it can feel overwhelming at times. Here are a few tips to help you keep up:
- Start on the home page and use the right scroll buttons to catch up on recent articles.
- Click section headers (like TODAY or ALBUM REVIEWS) to go directly to that section's landing page.
- Set your Preferred Content in your member settings. Choosing your favorite artists, writers, and jazz styles helps filter what appears on your MY ARTICLES and MY REVIEWS pages.

"As both an artist and fan of the music, I'm grateful for All About Jazz. It's a valuable resource for discovering new releases and live performances, as well as helping me get the word out about my own albums and concerts. Congratulations, and here's to the next 30 years."
