Italy's jazz piano poet, Enrico Pieranunzi, records with his “American Trio"--bassist Scott Colley and drummer Antonio Sanchez--on Permutation, a collection of original Pieranunzi compositions that concentrate on percussive motifs and rhythmic variations.
