As near as I can determine from the German notes, the Allgäu–Schwäbischer Musikbund is a marching band associated with Stadtkapelle Wertingen, one of Germany’s many first–class music schools, while the Papa Lips Big Band is apparently its Jazz orchestra counterpart.
