Album Description
Crossover Jazz Inspired by Beatles Pop (“Twist and Shout,” “Ticket To Ride”) - “Girl” explores attraction to a sex worker, but develops very differently than similar songs like “Roxanne” by The Police and “Mama” by Genesis. Inspired in musical style by The Beatles’ “Twist and Shout” and “Ticket To Ride,” the lyrics playfully undermine taboos about non-traditional relationships.
