We aim to please!

Oftentimes, our members (or users) are surprised to receive a human reply to their All About Jazz inquiry. Most expect a response from our benevolent bot, Dig 9000. And though Dig and I can be robotic (me on the dance floor), we humans at AAJ pride ourselves on timely, courteous and helpful support—going the extra kilometer to ensure 5-star satisfaction. Singer-songwriter Ann Hampton Calloway wholeheartedly agrees: "I really appreciate you waking me up to getting closer to All About Jazz. I've always liked it but now I love it."
