Yonatan Avi Oleiski is an acclaimed jazz drummer of sustained reputation in Israel. He is one of the very few Israeli jazz drummers who have risen to the top of his field, and he is highly sought after to perform with the Israel's top singers and jazz ensembles. He has also performed with the famous U.S. jazz saxophonist, Arnie Lawrence (among others, of Blood Sweat & Tears fame). Mr. Oleiski performs regularly with ensembles for the Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA), in both radio and television programs, and has currently been commissioned to work on a prestigious national Israeli project performing music settings for the poetry of The Israel Prize winner, Goethe winner and Nobel Prize candidate, Amos Oz
