Amanda Addleman is a San Francisco-based vocalist, pianist, composer, arranger, and educator. Addleman’s musical approach is one well-steeped in a reverence for the traditions of great jazz singers and instrumentalists of the last century. Yet her sound represents an informed departure from the tropes and fixations of earlier generations of improvisational musicians. In fusing the spirit of contemporary folk, rock, and pop composition and performance stylings, Addleman’s style blossoms with a freedom from genre restraint, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive sound that still maintains an obvious reverence for those who came before. Ghostpoet

Born: January 18, 1983

Obaro Ejimiwe (18 January 1983) is a British vocalist and musician better known by his stage name Ghostpoet. His first album, Peanut Butter Blues & Melancholy Jam, was shortlisted for the 2011 Mercury Prize. His 2015 album, Shedding Skin was also nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. Ghostpoet's fourth album Dark Days + Canapés was released on 18 August 2017.

Ella Mar

Ella Mar is 26-year-old Israeli multi-genre singer, songwriter and guitarist Hila Tako. During her mandatory military service, she studied at a branch of The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music (Manhattan) in Tel Aviv Conservatory, always feeling like a bit of an alien. In a decisive break from tradition, instead of completing her bachelor studies by singing jazz classics in elegant dresses and heels, she made the decision to grab her guitar(s) and unleash the dark and gifted singer- songwriter she was all along. In 2016, Mar teamed up with Shahar Elisof, an Israeli producer whose signature ambient sounds, delicate string arrangements and beats brought new life to Ella Mar’s music

Amayo

British-born of Nigerian parents, Amayo's spirit was first ignited at Fela's club, The Shrine, in Lagos, Nigeria. While growing up in Lagos, his primary passions were dancing and practicing Kung Fu to the rhythms of funk and Afrobeat. It was then that the seed of Afrobeat was first implanted within him. As the lead singer, percussionist for Antibalas, Amayo has ignited festival crowds and packed audiences into a frenzy across four continents. Continuing in the tradition of Fela Kuti, Amayo presents the world with his one-of-a-kind style of music, dance, and martial arts - FU-ARKIST-RA.
