Rufus Wainwright

Born: July 22, 1973

Rufus Wainwright is a Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter, was born into a family of musical pedigree: his mother is Kate McGarrigle and his father is Loudon Wainwright III. His sister, Martha Wainwright is also a musician, as is his half-sister Lucy Wainwright Roche and his aunt, Sloan Wainwright. Rufus was born in New York but moved to Canada when his parents divorced. He was aged three at that time. He attended Millbrook School as well as studying piano at Concordia and Mc Gill Universities. As a child, Rufus Wainwright would play piano in 'The McGarrigle Sisters and Family' band, mainly playing folk music

Though young, Vassil Petrov is an established perfomer with a wide prosfessional interests in jazz and pop music. He graduated from the Academy of Popular music in Sofia in 1990. He has taken part of many jazz and popular music Festivals, both as a student and as a profesional performer.He has also many recordings and appearances on Bulgarian National Radio and Television and is the best-selling recording artist in Bulgaria with his recording in 1992 and 1994. In addition to this he has performed in live Helsenki, Oslo,Stockholm, Belgrad and at the Winter Olympics in the Lillehammer, Norway. He has released a number of successful albums, including Vassil Petrov Sings Gershwin (1999), Something Different (1997), Duet with Roumen Toskov (1995), Petrov Sings Parmakov (1995), The Other (1994), Vassil Petrov" Jazz & Blues (1994)

Richard Derwingson

Born: January 18, 1944

After a performing and recording career with RCA pop, vocal group, the Match, he relocated to far northern part of California to raise a family and to pursue opportunities to compose for the theatre and the educational choral field. Jazz has always been a major influence on Richard’s musical endeavors and in 2007 he recorded his first solo CD featuring standards from the Great American Songbook and two original compositions. His new CD, “Collaborations” features all original vocal jazz compositions.

Johnny comes from a family of musicians and was performing from the time he could walk. In 1955 his singing impersonation of Johnnie Ray led to a contract with Disney, where he became one of the original Mouseketeers. As an actor, Johnny has appeared in over 250 television productions, 15 movies, and 12 plays. He received an Emmy Nomination at the age of 13 for his role in the western TV series, "The Rifleman". Tita N’zebi was born in southern Gabon, in M’bigou, a village where there were large trees. Dvora Davis is British born but has lived in the U.S.A and Spain as well. She now lives here in Holland.
