Tony Sandeman

Guitarist Tony Sandeman is a musician and jazz educator with over 40 years of experience across a wide spectrum of music gigging throughout the UK and Europe. After formative years studying Delta Blues and Ragtime, Tony moved through rock and ultimately to his lifelong love of Jazz music, inspired by the early jazz-rock music of Miles Davis and John McLaughlin. In 1975 Tony was asked to join Kenny Baxter’s Turntable alongside some of the finest players in the country including bassist John Mole (Coliseum), and drummer Bobby Armstrong. It was with Turntable that Tony met the late Peter Jacobsen, one of the finest jazz pianists to have emerged from this country
