The Pulse

'The Pulse' is a collective of young, up and coming Canadian musicians from all over the country forging a new path for modern jazz and fusion music. Formed in early 2009, 'The Pulse' was originally a test bed for modern compositions that expanded into a successful live project known for experimenting in many different veins of instrumental music. The group is now a focused collective of young musicians dedicated to experimenting with the entire history of modern jazz. Half the group hailing from Calgary, the other half from Edmonton, all six members met through various encounters in the Canadian music scene
