Stefan Glass was born in 1966 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. He was raised in an environment where music was all around. His father played violin, and his mother and brother played piano. “I still recall the times when the family came together at my uncles place and my mother took the accordion and my uncle grabbed the guitar and everybody was singing”. At the age of 9 Stefan got his first guitar. Aside from some lessons from well known Kaiserslautern based Jazz-Rock guitarist Tommy Westrich and miscellaneous workshops e.g. with Leon Kappa a.o. Stefan Glass educated himself as an autodidact
