A student at New Trier High School, I have studied privately with Nic Meyer, Dan Nicholson, and Doug Rosenberg. Each is an in demand saxophonist in the city of Chicago, and I hope to keep on playing. My group, Modern Blues, is a small collection of extremely talented high school musicians who love the music, and wish to start getting into the jazz scene. Each player is selected from the best at the school, and they study with teachers like Marques Carroll and Steve Horne.
