Bill Hauser

Raised in Anchorage, Alaska from the age of 3, Bill began playing the saxophone in grade school, and decided to never stop. After graduating from Indiana University, Bill moved to Atlanta, where he sat in at local jam sessions, eventually picking up a touring gig as member of the Platinum Soul Band with the Universoul Circus. Bill then moved to NYC, where he became a fixture on the village r&b scene, working and performing with some of the best-known musicians on the scene. While sitting in with The Black Soul Experience at Manhattan's Club Groove, frontman Antwon Robinson shouted impromptu "Kill Bill!," and the name stuck

Bear Garden

Bear Garden is a musical expression, neither more nor less. It´s music - it´s everything. Martin Wirén, the man behind the artist Bear Garden, is a many times rewarded composer and saxophonist with scholarships such as the Swedish STIM award and The Royal Swedish Academy of Music award on his personal record. On request from the Swedish Nobel Prize Museum he is also known for his musical interpretation of the Nobel Prize winner in literature 2016, Bob Dylan. Born in the small town of Gällivare in northern Sweden, Wirén was introduced to the saxophone at an early age. Spending the two first decades of his life in the garage of his family home practicing the horn, he later moved to Stockholm to attend The Royal College of Music. Yuto Mitomi

Yuto Mitomi is a saxophonist, woodwinds player, jazz composer, and arranger based in New York City. As an internationally recognized artist hailing from both Japan and the USA, Mitomi has garnered acclaim for his innovative approach to jazz and a distinctive sound that blends tradition with modernity.

After moving to New York City and graduating with a BFA in Jazz program from The City College of New York, Mitomi began performing regularly in the local jazz scene. He has appeared at venues such as Antique Garage, Shapeshifter Lab, and Rockwood Music Hall. Since 2016, Mitomi has been a regular performer at Tomi Jazz, a renowned jazz venue in New York City with over 20 years of history.

Barry Deister

Born: December 13, 1953

Originally from Decatur, Illinois, Barry Deister immersed himself in the fertile jazz community at the University of Illinois from 1972-1975 before moving to Chicago in 1975. While in Chicago he played with many of the local jazz artists including Robert Shy, John Campbell, Kelly Sill, Joel Spencer, David Urban, Ed Petersen and many more. He relocated to the West coast in 1985 and was co-leader of the popular Eugene, Oregon based jazz quarter "Meridian" recording and performing at many of the West coast clubs & jazz festivals. During that time he was fortunate to have performed in concert with vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson and avant guard composer/saxophonist Anthony Braxton.

Richard Pavlidis

Born: December 31, 1985

Richard Pavlidis is a saxophonist, composer, teacher and multi-instrumentalist from Melbourne, Australia. Educated at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Richard has toured Australia, New Zealand and Europe and has performed at major festivals including Splendour in the Grass, The Manly Jazz Festival in Sydney, and the Melbourne International Jazz Festival. Richard's debut solo album 'Without Within' was released worldwide in 2019 and supported by an Australian tour. Music from this album can be found in the Australian Jazz Real Book and the Australian Jazz Museum. The album caught the attention of celebrated saxophonist Kenny G, who said via social media "I love the way you combine bebop licks with more modern-sounding phrases, and your technique is amazing

He has performed and toured extensively with the Phil Woods Big Band, the Machito Orchstra (original Cuban and salsa band), "Dizzy" Gillespie, Tito Puentes, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, the Louis Belson Big Band, Natalie Cole, and the Clarence Spady Blues Band. Tom conducts workshops in high schools and colleges and has taught privately for over 30 years

Lauri Kadalipp is a young and talented saxophonist making his way in to Estonian jazz music scene. Born in a music loving family it wasn’t surprising that he continued the family’s biggest passion. He composed his first works while studying at H. Eller Music School where he was recognised for both composing skills and saxophone playing virtuosity. Being on the doorstep of his career as a professional saxophonist, Lauri has already been featured in numerous groups and projects. He is already teaching saxophone in 2 schools, is a player, conductor, band leader at New Wind Jazz Orchestra and also as band leader of a buzzing modern jazz group Lauri Kadalipp Social Jazz
