Dave Le Febvre

Jazz saxophonist and composer Dave Le Febvre (pronounced "Le Fay" in the US) has performed throughout California, Europe and Japan for the past 25 years. Dave has performed with many notable artists and ensembles, including The Don Ellis Orchestra, The Don Piestrup Big Band, Joe Williams, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Wayne Newton, and Robert Goulet, and has appeared at many local jazz festivals such as the Concord Jazz Festival, Berkeley Jazz Festival, Napa Valley Jazz Festival, San Jose Jazz Festival, Concerts at the Museum (Los Angeles) and as a headliner at the Fete de la Musique in Auxerre, France

Mark Hanslip

Born: October 22, 1979

Mark started out playing on the Birmingham jazz and improvised music scenes, working regularly in groups led by pianist Steve Tromans and altoist Chris Bowden. He was an early member of Hans Koller Ensemble, recording 2 CDs, and shortly after moving to London he co-founded the Loop Collective and became one of the busiest players on the capital's new jazz scene, working with groups including Nostalgia 77, Outhouse, Twelves, Jonathan Bratoeff Quartet and Keith Tippett. He has played at many major festivals and venues in the UK, Europe and US and has been broadcast several times on Resonance 104.4FM, BBC Radios 1 and 3, and on the internet

Miguel De Caro

Born: September 29, 1945

Miguel De Caro has brought his music all over his country, with countless live shows,appearences in local radio and TV and in well known theaters like San Mart�-n and Alvear. Among other distinctions, he has been nominated for the 1993 ACE award (The National Show Critics' Prize) for his first recorded work "Saxotangueando", sharing the pool with Astor Piazzolla and Raúl Garello. He was also nominated for the 1995 Estrella de Mar award in the "best live show" category, this time alongside singer Susana Rinaldi and trumpeter Fats Fernández. Both his Argentina's and Brazil's live performances and his recordings have obtained excellent reviews in local , Brazilian, Italian and US media

Michael Massaro

Born: July 16, 1956

The Massaro Magic: Michael Massaro is no stranger to the Canadian air waves as he is one of Canada’s premier musicians. His distinctive saxophone recordings have been heard internationally since the eighties with major instrumentals such as ‘Flying Easy’, ‘L.A. Days New York Nights’, and ‘Wings of Glory’. His talents were heard on a Redmond Broadcasting compilation recording with some of Canada’s foremost instrumental performers including David Foster, Liona Boyd, Moe Koffman, Andre Gagnon, and Frank Mills to name only a few. Michael Massaro was thrilled to be included with such a stellar lineup and was humbled when the album was titled after the Massaro hit, ‘Flying Easy’. He has appeared at Skydome in Toronto performing the national anthems of Canada and the United States before various sports events

Igor Lumpert

Born: October 27, 1975

A progressive tenor saxophonist and composer, Igor’s music represents a unique fusion of jazz, funk, Eastern European rhythms, and modern neo-bop sketches. He has performed with jazz legends including Reggie Workman, John Abercrombie, Chico Hamilton, Sonny Simmons, Boris Kozlov, and Andy McKee.

Born October 27, 1975, in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, Igor began his professional training at age 19 at the Bruckner Conservatory in Linz, Austria, where he studied with Doug Hammond and Harry Sokal. During this period, he was a member of Munich-based band Sidewinders, winner of the“Best Jazz Group of Germany” award.

Jimmy Rivera

Born: July 31, 1979

Hi everybody, I was born in 79 in LA and started playing the Tenor sax in my early teens. I've moved to NY at the age of 19 to attened Manhattan School of Music. I've recorded two quartet albums and has been playing regularly in many NY jazz clubs. These days I'm teaching in several music schools around the NY area and working on a trio album which would be released in November.

Claude Werner

Born: October 4, 1975

Claude R. Werner originally from Chile, landed in Newcastle upon Tyne by a circuitous route that took in New York, Paris, Barcelona, and goodness knows where else- a visiting Danish rhythm section greeted him as an old friend. Learnt his craft on the front-line playing with world class musicians across Europe. Those who have come to expect a sometimes slightly psychotic post-bopper tenor saxophonist are beguiled by the warm expressiveness of his tone in his most recent work, Thoughts and Recollections. Started to play tenorsax at the age of 65. Played with Bjarred Swing Band 2007 - 2010 Left the band april 2010 because of sightproblems. Operated in left eye june 2010.
