Quentin Liégeois

Born in 1980 in Liège, Quentin discovers the guitar at 6 by following a classical training in the musical workshops of the Conservatory of Liège. He follows this training until the age of 14 years. After Rock, he begins to be interested in Jazz. At 16, he does private lessons, registers in the Academy to improve its music theory and, he also registers in the Conservatory of Brussels where he will acquire his “first price”. He plays with Philip Catherine (Philip Catherine New Trio), EYJO (european youth jazz orchestrated), Pascal Mohy, Gregory Houben, Alexander horsewoman, Chrystel Wauthier, Tcha Limberger, Alexander Tripodi, Robert Jeanne and Daniel Willem. He has already participated in numerous international festivals of Jazz such as Audi Jazz, Gaume Jazz Festival, Hanoï Festival, Tanger Jazz Festival, Constantine, Tunis, « Jazz à Liège », Francofolies, Djangofolies, Gouvy Jazz, Festival, Jazz marathon, etc… Other collaboration: Steve Houben, Toots Thielemans, Philip Catherine, Nathalie Loriers, Philippe Aerts, Salvatore Larocca, Hans Vanhoosterhout, Piet Verbiest, Jan Dehaas, Joe Higham, Bas Cooymans, Bruno Castellucci, Guy Cabay, Mary Kay, etc …
