AC Steel
AC is the leader of the Galvanizers. Steve started his musical career in 1969, playing with his band Stockyard. 1969-72 he opened for Chicago, Humble Pie, 3 nights with the Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd, Savoy Brown, Renaissance , Sha-Na- Na, NRBQ, Seatrain, Mott the Hoople and others. Performed for crowds as large as 15,000. Lived and performed London in 1972 after befriending members of Mott the Hoople during a show in NJ. Played in the London Based Brunning Hall/Sunflower blues band featuring former members of Savoy Brown and Fleetwood Mac. Turned down invitation to join Chrysalis Records artists UFO due to prior commitments. Returned to USA for 1973 with one trip back to London for consideration of membership in formation of Bad Company. Performed in "Buff" (formerly Patti LaBelle's band) with renowned bassist Carmine Rojas (Rod Stewart/Joe Bonamassa/David Bowie, many others). Returned to his blues roots playing with Jukerockers in the early-mid 1980's. Member of the Dukes of Destiny from 1986-98 and 2011 to January 2018. Appeared on several recordings with the Dukes and issued two Galvanizers CD's, most recently 2016.

Dan Wilkins

Composer and saxophonist, Dan Wilkins has a new self-titled album of original music out on the PM Records
label, with Horizons Quartet. Wilkins, who grew up in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, went on to study
saxophone at Manhattan School of Music in 2013, learning from teachers Steve Wilson, Rich Perry, Phil
Markowitz and Garry Dial.
He now resides in Pennsylvania, where he educates and performs, both locally and internationally, often with
his father Skip Wilkins. The pair have three albums out – 'Someday', released in 2019 on Deer Head Records,
with bassist Tony Marino, and drummer Bill Goodwin; 'Czech Wishes,' also released in 2019 on New Port
Line, recorded in the Czech Republic with a cast of young prominent Czech musicians; and 'Father and Son,'
released on Steeplechase LookOut, featuring bassist Scott Lee and drummer Jeff Hirshfield.
Wilkins’ most recent project, Horizons Quartet, features a multigenerational cast with pianist/collaborator
James Collins, alongside veteran bassist Gene Perla, and Philadelphian drum maestro Byron Landham

Christopher Stevens

At the age of 33, Christopher Stevens has had a lifetime’s worth of career experiences including extensive travel and working with Grammy Award winning artists such as Tye Tribbett and The Roots. Chris is a native of Camden New Jersey and a Temple University graduate who has been in the music business since his teenage years. An accomplished performer and arranger, Chris has credits on several dozen recordings, including Jazmine Sullivan’s latest album “Reality Show” and Faith Evans’ “Incomparable”. When he is not in the studio, Chris can likely be found on a stage leading his band Vertical Current or touring with the likes of Eric Roberson and John Legend. From about the mid 1980’s through the 90’s, Leon Sr. toured and/or recorded extensively with; Grover Washington Jr., John Blake Jr., Phyllis Hyman, Benny Golson, Chaka Kahn, The Stylistics, Lou Rawls, Monette Sudler, Joey DeFrancesco, George Benson, Roy Ayres and featured with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra just to name a few

Played a number of instruments from an early age, finally settling on electric and double bass. Started playing bass in high school, studying with Reggie Washington. Attended University of the Arts in Philadelphia and earned Bachelor Degree in Jazz. Along the way studied with well-known artists like Edward Simon, Gerald Veasley, and Gary Grainger. Performed with: Bryan Ferry, Maysa Leak, Tony C. and the Truth, Don Felder, Autre Ne Veut. Produced recordings with/for: Tina Chancey, Gavin Black/George Hazelrigg, Bona Fide, Atlantic Records, Universal, N2K, Downtown Records, NBC, TBS
