Sol Léna-Schroll is a French saxophonist active on both the French and Norwegian jazz scenes. After studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP), he moved to Oslo, where he lived from 2019 to 2023. There, together with Sigrid Aftret, Hector Léna-Schroll, and Clément Merienne, he co-founded L’Autre Collectif and L’Autre Festival, with the aim of fostering connections between the French and Norwegian creative music scenes. An eclectic musician, he enjoys engaging with a wide range of musical styles and performs across Europe in ensembles of various sizes
