Minister Pedro Moore began his musical venture as early as kindergarten under the masterful teaching of the late Bernard Sneed. Mr. Sneed’s gifted piano playing skills commanded attention and he gave Min. Moore the initial lessons in music. In 1972 while attending St. Mary’s Elementary School, in passing by the band room, the sound of a saxophone resonated through the hallways. It was evident that there was no sweeter sound. After the inquisitive second grader, was told that he could get in the band as a fourth grader, Minister Moore informed his parents that he could now join the band
