Pavel Arakelian, was born in 1985 in Baku,in 1988 he moved to Minsk, where he finished musical school(piano classes,teacher-Galutkina L.G.) In 2000 he entered Jazz department of Musical College named after Glinka(saxophone classes),which he finished in 2004. Professors: Anatoliy Radiukov,Vladimir Felgin,Valeriy Sheritsa. Participation: The first Republican festival of saxophonists "Saxomania" (Minsk,DK MTZ)-2003; International festival "Ochakovo Blues" (Moscow,Dinamo stadium) as a member of "Svet&Al boogie band"-2003; Republican festival "The giants of Belarussian Jazz-The Jazz Oscar" (Minsk,DK RCTU)-2006; International festival "JAZZ Koktebel" (Koktebel,Voloshinskaya scene) as a member of jazz-group "Apple Tea"-2006; International festival "Zaporozhskiy JAM" (Zaporozh'e,Glinka concert hall) as a member of jazz-group "Apple Tea"-2006; International festival "Jazz on Dnepr" (Dnepropetrovsk,Gorki theatre) as a member of jazz-group "Apple Tea"-2006; Republican festival of saxophonists "Saxophone-The King of Jazz" (Minsk,DK RCTU)-2006; International festival "Siauliai Jazz" (Siauliai,Lithuania) as a member of jazz-group "Apple Tea"-2007. As a session musician he performed with many guest jazz-stars like Sergey Manukyan,Lev Kushnir and Karina Kozhevnikova, Deborah Brown and Mike del Ferro. Style - Jazz. Instrument - Saxophone,flute,keyboards. Favorite musicians - Sonny Rollins,Dexter Gordon, Charlie Parker, Joe Lovano, James Carter, Roland Kirk, Monty Alexander, Joe Pass, J-J Johnson, Freddie Hubbard,David Liebman. Since 2006 he called *The best saxophone player in Belarus* by press. At present he is a leader of his original project *The Outsiders* and hard-bop group *Speakeasy*.
