The Metropolis Ensemble is a nonprofit chamber orchestra bringing together the talents of an emerging generation of performers and composers who have already begun to reshape the sound and feel of music making in New York. The Metropolis Ensemble is rooted in a conception of music as a living art form, continuously renewed.
