Leonid Alekseyevich Morozov

Leonid Morozov is a 5th generation musician from Kursk, Russia. He started out by playing harmonica on the streets of Moscow at the age of 9 to earn lunch money. Later Leonid picked up the guitar after hearing blues masters like Mississippi Fred McDowell, B.B. King and others. and fell in love with with jazz after hearing Lester Young. First portion of Leonid’s career was spent in Russia where he often played with his first mentor and biggest influence - his grandad pianist Leonid Vintskevich. Before coming to the US Leonid successfully established himself on the Russian jazz scene: participated multiple times in the “Jazz Province” Festival (years 2014,2015,2016 and 2017), “Lundstrem-fest-100”

Harvey Bryant

Durham based multi-instrumentalist and multidisciplinary artist, Harvey Bryant, takes a multifaceted approach to things. In his 40+ years of playing music Harvey has enjoyed moving between genres, but always has been most attracted to the improvisation of Jazz. His playing style still incorporates some of those other styles. You can hear the influence of Spanish Classical Guitar that he studied in the 80’s and 90’s, as well as the rock, pop, funk (and sometimes even country) that he played in local bands through the 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s. Harvey’s main instrument is guitar, but he also plays bass as well as some percussion and keyboards

James Brown (Guitarist, Composer, Educator) is one of Canada’s most talented and versatile musicians. He has preformed and recorded with many leading artists and ensembles and has recorded three critically acclaimed CD’s of original music. His 2009 recording, “Sevendaze” features Don Thompson, Quinsin Nachoff, Jim Vivian, and Anthony Michelli. Other recordings have featured Andrew Downing, Ernie Tollar, John Obercian and Christopher Lee. FABIO BOTTAZZO
Guitarist, composer and educator. His playing is often praised for its delicacy and attention to space. Born in Padua, Italy. He studied at the "UM" music school in Rome and with Charlie Banacos. He attended the Berklee College of Music summer school and master classes with P. Metheny and W. Muthspiel. After playing in several metal bands, he began his career as a jazz guitarist in the 1990s. He moved to Niigata (Japan) in 2004. He has performed with many musicians such as Yasuhito Mori (b), Sebastiaan Kaptein (d), Yoichi Okabe (perc), and Ove Ingemarsson (sax). "What We Like" by Rich & Ricci became his fourth CD since coming to Japan. He has released performance videos incorporating the beautiful scenery of Niigata city.

26 year old composer and guitarist Daniel Dyonisius hails from Jakarta, Indonesia. While classically trained, his music is at the intersection of jazz, rock, and blues. Miles to Go (Demajors-December 2021) is his debut album and it includes seven original tunes and a fresh take on "Stella by Starlight". An homage to Indonesian composers and songwriters, Miles to Go is something of a spiritual journey through music, from soaring lead guitar lines to soothing ballads and with simple, melodic themes that counterbalance extensive and explorative improvisation. The album features Qadra Shakuhachi on drums and Hanhan on bass

Ariel Kasler
Born:
Guitarist and pianist Ariel Kasler holds a Master of Music in Jazz Performance from Bowling Green State University, a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, and an Alexander Technique Teaching Certificate from the Toronto School of the Alexander Technique. The Ariel Kasler Quintet has released the albums Make it Bloom (2022) and Above the Sound (2015), featuring original compositions and arrangements. With the Thompson-Kasler Duo, he performs and commissions contemporary music for electric guitar and saxophone with saxophonist Bobbi Thompson. Ariel is currently an Assistant Teaching Professor at BGSU, where he has been teaching since 2015

Perhaps one of the most enduring aspects of Tabor’s music is his use of open structures that highlight unique performer, instrumental, and computer system characteristics. Jake Reichbart
Jake Reichbart is a solo instrumental guitarist whose repertoire draws from all forms of popular music, starting with 20's-60's jazz and bebop standards, 60's-90's pop and rock classics, up to current day hits. He delights audiences by improvising countless tune requests on the spot. Depending on the situation, Mr. Reichbart is able to keep the performance strictly to music or offer, in between tunes, detailed information about the music, its history, the instrument and playing techniques, as well as humorous anecdotes and stories from his travels. To get a sense of his vast repertoire, one can sample over 1,000 solo guitar performances on his YouTube channel where he has some 50,000 subscribers, worldwide. As of October 2024, Mr. Reichbart has achieved a remarkable feat, reaching the 32th anniversary of performing weekly, Tuesday through Thursday, at the famed The Earle restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Guitarist, with a very unique finger playing technic, French Ibanez guitar schools teaching director, Nancy Music Academy International permanent member, Yannick Robert is very active on the french and international jazz and fusion scene since years. He is endorsed by Ibanez since 1992, who built for him a Fretless signature model, he takes part to the Fretless Guitar Masters and Village of the Unfretted recordings. He is also endorsed by Savarez strings.

Josh Mellicker music bio:
Josh started playing guitar at the age of 5, and booked his first paying gig within the first year. After first hearing Joe Pass's "Virtuoso" album as a your teenager, he became obsessed with attaining proficiency playing jazz, and spent hours every day dropping a record needle on Joe Pass’s records to study Pass's licks over and over.
At 17, he moved to Portland, Oregon, where he had the privilege to play with a variety of well known jazz artists including Mel Brown, Paul Wertico, Doug Rodby, Leroy Vinnegar, Ben Wolfe, Phil Baker, Eddie Weid and Mark Simon, along with several local jazz ensembles, as well as playing and arranging for the Mt. Hood College “A” Lab Band.
